While all reasonable safety measures are taken, participants take part at their own risk.
Holiday School Bookings
Once you have booked via our website you will then receive a confirmation email detailing your booking. All further correspondence will be with the person who made the booking and who accepts the following conditions on behalf of all participants.
Fees, Cancellations and refunds
A deposit of £25 will be required to reserve a place at any of our summer school. You will then be notified via email of the due date for balancing payments.
In the event of a cancellation the following Refund Policy will apply: (Note: you are allowed by law to cancel within seven days of your making the booking without penalty provided you notify us of your intention in writing within seven days.) Refunds for cancellations after this time is at the sole discretion of the management of Stage-ed. No refunds will be granted within 90 days of any given Holiday school commencement date.
Responsible Parent or Guardian.
The person who makes the booking via our website must be the legal parent or guardian of the child.
Liability
STAGE-ed does not accept liability for personal injury or the death of any participant. STAGE-ed does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of any property belonging to
Participants, and will not take charge of personal items left behind at the end of the holiday School.
Discipline
Stage-ed reserves the right to dismiss any child who becomes disruptive or behaves inappropriately. No refund will be given in such cases.
Media Usage
Stage-ed is hereby authorised to use still photography and/or motion picture footage, voice recordings of all students, past and present on its website and its entire official social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, and Instagram. For the purposes of advertising, publicity and other promotional events.
If you do not wish for your childs image to appear in any photographs or footage, you must inform us no later than 2 weeks prior to Holiday School Starting.
